In this six-class Sustainable Food Center series led by a board-certified gastroenterologist and a professional chef, you will learn essential nutrition information and cooking skills needed for eating a healthful diet. You will leave each class feeling confident and excited about cooking at home and empowered to make smart food choices every day.
Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Saturdays for three weeks. Each Tuesday will be an interactive/demo class co-led by Dr. John and Chef Amy. On Saturdays, you will apply what you learned in a hands-on cooking class that includes lunch and Q&A. By the end, Fuel-Fiber-Flavor will be your new healthy-eating mantra!
