Celebrate Easter with a brunch for the entire family! Duchman Family Winery is set to host a special Easter family brunch on Sunday, April 16. The three-course meal will include Breakfast Pastries and bites, a delicious Frittata served with spinach and arugula salad paired with a sweet orange blossom-honey vinaigrette and topped with toasted pecans, pear and Gorgonzola. The feast will finish with a live fire Grilled Quail served with andouille gravy, roasted garlic cheese grits and citrus asparagus. Drinks will range from water and coffee to wine and mimosas. Duchman Family Winery was founded in 2004 with the goal of bringing world-class wine to central Texas and the Texas Hill Country. Drs. Stan and Lisa Duchman’s love of Italian wine coupled with their use of Texas-grown fruit has made this establishment one that should be on everyone’s radar.
