Join certified pre and post natal Pilates trainers to learn exercises that will help promote a healthy mom and baby before, during and after delivery. The Dancers Shape team has put together a program to help prepare your body for delivery, reduce weight gain and back pain, and aid in postnatal recovery. This workshop will be a fun and interactive experience for moms while covering important topics such as how each trimester will affect your fitness level, how to modify “off limit” exercises, and more. All participants must consult with their physicians and be cleared for exercise to join this workshop, as well as have a Dancers Shape waiver on file.
