Join The Driskill Grill's Executive Chef Christian Apetz and Leonard Firestone, joint owner of Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co., for a collaboration whiskey dinner. The evening will include a four-course menu selectively chosen to pair with craft cocktails and pours of TX Whiskey. The menu will feature cuts from Austin's Ranger Cattle, signature accompaniments from The Driskill Grill such as local corn grits with smoked cheddar, and decedent desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Tony Sansalone.
