Celebrate the ghost with the most during this limited-engagement 30th Anniversary celebration.
Tim Burton had made a name for himself with PEE-WEE'S BIG ADVENTURE, but he really captured everyone's attention with the surprise smash BEETLEJUICE in 1988. The movie was so weird Warner Bros. was almost afraid to spring it on an unsuspecting public. But when they did, audiences went wild for it.
The film also gave substantial boosts to the careers of Alec Baldwin (so young!), Geena Davis, teenage idol Winona Ryder and, of course, Michael Keaton, playing the utterly unpredictable title character. After perishing in a car accident, Barbara (Davis) and Adam (Baldwin) find themselves stuck in their country home, unable to leave as it is invaded by the insufferable Deetze family. When Barbara and Adam are unable to frighten the Deetzes away, they call on the notorious Beetlejuice (Keaton) for help. It's a decision they live (?) to regret.
