Austin-based nonprofit Knowbility, an award-winning leader in accessible information technology, is hosting an inaugural event, the Accessibility Leadership Symposium, taking place on May 15 and 16, 2017 at the historic Driskill Hotel in Austin.
The Accessibility Leadership Symposium is a premiere platform for executives to network with influential leaders from global business, government and academic institutions. Knowbility's inaugural Accessibility Leadership Symposium was designed to empower executive leaders in accessibility through an innovative and immersive journey, led by TED speaker and facilitator Sunni Brown.
A group of highly accomplished expert participants will share their insight in moving the field of accessibility forward through a series of interactive presentations and discussions. They include Thomas Wlodkowski, Vice President of Accessibility for Comcast; Mike Shebanek, Senior Director of Accessibility for Yahoo; and Axel Leblois, President and Executive Director, G3ict, Global Initiative for Inclusive ICTs.
