Beer Pairing Dinner with Rentsch Brewery

Explore expertly paired culinary creations from Executive Chef Patrick Taylor with Georgetown’s own Rentsch Brewery beers. The pairing dinner will feature four courses with dishes including maple-glazed salmon and Dr. Pepper braised pork shank, all perfectly paired with a variety of Rentsch beers. Chef Taylor from Brix And Ale and Drew Milburn from Rentsch Brewery will explain and guide you through the unique flavor combinations—truly making this a culinary experience that cannot be missed!
