Juniper's Cigliuti Barbaresco Wine Dinner
Juniper is pleased to announce a special wine dinner in collaboration with Cigliuti Winery on Tuesday, October 24. The intimate dinner will feature five courses of Central Texas-influenced Northern Italian cuisine specific to the region of Piedmont, crafted by Executive Chef Nic Yanes and his team. Each course will be paired with red varietals of Cigliuti wine.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Serraboella in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, Cigliuti is a family-run winery led by Renato Cigliuti and his all-family female team, with wife Dina and daughters Claudia and Silvia. Cigliuti’s philosophy emphasizes cultivation and the belief that 90 percent of the winemaking process happens in the vineyard. Made with artisan methods of tending and harvesting, to ensure the final product captures the characteristics of a vintage and the identity of a terroir.

The meal will be enjoyed on Juniper’s patio, weather permitting, featuring a five-course menu reflecting Piedmontese cuisine with Central Texas influences from the Juniper culinary team. Featured Cigliuti wines will include the Barbera and Dolcetto variations along with multiple vineyards and vintages of their adored Barbaresco. Guests will enjoy varietals alongside winemaker Claudia Cigliuti.
