World Affairs Council of Austin Sixth Annual Texas-EU Business Summit

Austin, TX—The 6th annual Texas-European Union Business Summit, one of the most important events promoting business and investment between Texas and the nations of the European Union, will occur in Austin on May 9 at the University of Texas San Jacinto Residence/Event Hall. In a letter to the attendees of the Summit Governor of Texas Greg Abbott, stated the summit is an “excellent opportunity for our partners from around the globe to unleash the entrepreneurial nature of the Lone Star State.” Encouraging business leaders to attend the Texas-European Union Summit, Governor Abbott notes “the summit helps forge stronger business relationships between the United States and Europe.” The Texas-EU Business Summit sessions are led by business leaders, trade and investment officials from European Union countries, trade policy experts and political officials.
