Teeling Small Batch, Single Grain, Single Barrel Cocktails to be Announced! 1st Course: MAPLE PORTER HOUSE-BACON PLATE Our Pork Belly is cured in Porter beer and Maple Syrup then oak wood smoked, we then grill it to order. It is served with Homemade Mustard, Radishes, Pickled Tomatillos, and Gherkins. Second Course: ROAST BEEF FRENCH DIP+AU JUS An American Classic. We shave our Roast Beef and dip it in our Au Jus for juicy tender meat. Lay on top of our fresh baked bread with Provolone cheese. Served with our dipping sauce (Au Jus), a sweet onion beef broth. Third Course: GINGERBREAD ALE PUDDING+RUM WHIPPED CREAM+CARDAMON SUGAR COOKIES Our Gingerbread Pudding is silky and smooth, paired with Rum Whipped Cream and Cardamom Sugar Cookies.
