Join the Driskill Grill's Executive Chef, Christian Apetz and Leonard Firestone, joint owner of Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. for a collaboration whiskey dinner. The evening will include a four coursed menu selectively chosen to pair with consciously curated cocktails and pours of TX Whiskey.
Enjoy cuts from Austin's own Ranger Cattle, signature Driskill Grill accompaniments such as local corn grits with smoked cheddar and decedent desserts from Executive Pastry Chef, Tony Sansalone. Drinks will be crafted using TX Whiskey, "Best American Craft Whiskey" and "Double Gold" winer at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
$79 per person exclusive of tax or gratuity. Tickets will be paid for the evening of the event.
Reservations are required and seating is limited. To reserve your seat for this dinner please follow the steps below:
1.Register above with your contact information and quanity of seats.
2.A Driskill team member will call or email you to confirm your reservation approximately two weeks before the dinner.
3.June 1st, join us in The Drikill Grill for an evening collaboration, fun and a fabulous meal.
4.Checks will be presented at the conclusion of the dinner ($79.00 per person exclusive of tax or gratuity).
