Texas Independence Day at Eberly

Join us this Thursday, March 2nd as we honor our roots and celebrate Texas Independence Day.

As a tribute to our namesake, Angelina Eberly, we will be hosting a menu of Texas-inspired dishes using local, Texas ingredients. 

Specials will be available from Texas Independence Day through the weekend, March 2 to 5. In addition, $1 from each special item will be donated to the Austin History Center, Austin Public Library through the weekend.

Texas Independence Day at Eberly:


Salted gulf coast redfish and oyster hush puppies, charred green garlic vinaigrette, buttermilk tartar sauce — $19

Prickly pear snapper and shrimp ceviche, Texas citrus, chicharron — $17


Smoked pork belly, wildflower honey BBQ, hominy, pickled farm vegetables — $21


Fried Texas pecan pies with vanilla bean ice cream, apple cider sauce — $10
