Austin Mac and Cheese Festival Pop-up: Wine Pairing Dinner

Austin Food Magazine is proud to announce an exclusive wine dinner in collaboration with the Austin Mac & Cheese Festival, Chicon Restaurant, and Serendipity Wines. This intimate dinner will feature a four course pairing experience of mac & cheese-influenced cuisine crafted by the talented chefs at Chicon, at 914 E. Sixth St. Each course will be paired with a curated selection of red and white varietals from Serendipity Wines. First Course: Grilled Gulf Shrimp Togarashi “Queso,” Grilled Bread, Pickled Okra Second Course: Cacio E Pepe Tagliatelle, Black Pepper, Fontina Third Course: Grilled Tri-Tip Tallegio Grits, Roasted Poblano, Burnt Tomato Vinaigrette Fourth Course: Deer Creek Cheddar Ice Cream Bourbon Pecan Gel, Parmigiano-Oat Crisp Must be 21 or older to attend.
